The reservation will be confirmed per email. Please note that the reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation from EUROPE HOMES. A confirmed booking is binding.
Unless otherwise agreed 30 % of the total amount has to be paid upon booking. The rest is due 14 days prior to arrival at the latest. If the final amount is not received latest at this time the booking is deemed to be cancelled and the property will be let to other parties.
Confirmed bookings are liable to full payment. In case the object can be let to a substitutional party for the booked period only a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total amount is due.
In the event that clients do not follow the apartments rules and regulations, EUROPE HOMES reserves the right to remove the client immediately from the apartment without any refund.
The client is liable to additional charges in case the presence of our local staff is required for reasons such as losing the apartment’s keys, forgetting the keys inside the apartment or for any other emergency caused by the client according to the following rates: Lost keys: 60 € + cost of replacement
Any other emergency calls for assistance in the property: 40 € + involved costs
All properties are strictly non smoking areas. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments, even with open windows. Any violation of this rule will unconditionally lead to an immediate cancellation of the stay without any refund.
All building rules and regulations must be observed. Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. apartment residents shall not make any loud noises. Animals are not admitted in the lodgings.
Guests are not permitted to interfere, cause or permit interference with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of neighbours.
The client must not mark, paint, drive nails, screws or the like into, or otherwise damage or deface, any structure that forms part of the common property.
EUROPE HOMES must be notified immediately of any damage to the premises. Use or storage of inflammable, explosive, corrosive or radioactive materials is strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden to use any appliance, which may increase the consumption of electricity, water or gas, without the previous authorization of EUROPE HOMES. No furniture or effects may be removed from the premises and proper care has to be taken of all items included in the letting.
EUROPE HOMES is allowed to enter, view the state of repair and carry out repairs even in the absence of the tenant.
EUROPE HOMES is entitled to refuse admittance to the persons exceeding the number on the booking form or the number of available beds. Nobody else is admitted to stay in the premises without authorization.
On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy. Extraordinary cleaning effort caused by excessive staining or mess will be charged to the client and may lead to an immediate cancellation,
The guest is requested to contact EUROPE HOMES at least 1 day prior to arrival in order to fix a time for the check-in. Check-in time normally is between 3 pm and 8 pm unless agreed otherwise.
Please kindly make all arrangements for the departure well in advance. The guest agrees to return all keys and operating devices when the agreement terminates and to give vacant possession of the premises to EUROPE HOMES at check-out. Check-out time is 11.00 a.m. if not otherwise agreed. Not agreed late departures will be charged with a 100 % of a day rate. Leaving the apartment before the agreed departure date will not entitle the guest to any refund or compensation.
The client is obliged to take responsibility for any damages, losses or irregularities caused to the apartment. Therefore a deposit must be paid as notified in the booking confirmation, preferably in advance together with the price for rent, but latest at check-in. Please note that there will be no admittance to the property without full payment of the deposit. The deposit will be refunded at check-out less any incurred cost.
In case of technical problems, you are kindly requested to contact EUROPE HOMES immediately. EUROPE HOMES will not be held responsible for any harm occurred during your stay. EUROPE HOMES is not responsible for any loss, delay or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control (such as flooding, explosions, storms, fires, strikes, bad weather conditions, wars or war threats, civil problems, acts, restrictions, regulations or measures of any type from the government or the local authorities). Moreover EUROPE HOMES is not responsible for breakdowns of pumps or boilers or interruptions of the water or electricity supply by the local supplier. Almania Holidys is not liable under any circumstances for loss, theft or damage to the occupants or clients and/or their property and belongings. The photos displayed here are non contractual and subject to updating.
